Als u een toeristische reis maakt: de kopie van de bevestiging door een hotel of de brief van de touroperator met zijn handtekening en de stempel van het reisbureau Als u een zakenreis maakt: de uitnodiging van een Oekraïens reisbureau of reisorganisatie Als u een privé-reis maakt: uw vriend of familielid in de Oekraïne moet een officiële uitnodiging krijgen van de plaatselijke Afdeling Visa en Registratie, die aan uw visumaanvraagformulier toegevoegd moet worden. Nota bene: sommige nationaliteiten hebben geen officiële uitnodigingsbrief nodig om een visum voor Ukraine te verkrijgen.
