For at opnå " Russian Business Visa Support Authorization" (officiel visuminvitation fra Udenrigsministeriet, Immigrationsmyndighederne eller autoriserede organisationer), skal du nedenfor vælge din visumtype og udfylde ansøgningsskemaet "Visa Support Application Form":
1. 1 En udenlandsk statsborger kan KUN få visum til Rusland i det land han/hun har statsborgerskab. Undtagelser indbefatter dem der har opholdstilladelse i et andet land i en periode på over 90 dage. Men det er konsulatet der tager den endelige beslutning. Vi anbefaler at du kontakter det russiske konsulat i dit opholdsland for at finde ud af om din ansøgning vil blive godkendt.
2. Et multi-visum tillader alle nationaliteter fra alle lande at opholde sig i Rusland i højest 90 dage over en periode på 180 dage.
Bemærk: Det er kun muligt at få et multivisum hvis man før har haft et visum til Rusland. Hvis dette er første besøg, er du kun berettiget til at få et enkelt eller dobbelt indrejsevisum for 1 til 3 måneder.
Fra 13. april 2009 er visumbehandlingstiden og priserne ved de russiske konsulater blevet ændret. Visumbehandlingen tager nu minimum 3 arbejdsdage. For at få opdateret information om visumbehandlingstiden og priserne, bedes du kontakte dit lokale russiske konsulat.
Attention! Due to Covid-19 epidemy the visa processing is temporarily suspended since March 18 by the Ministry Of Internal Affairs. The restrictions are likely to remain in force through September 15.
Business invitations processed by authorized russian company (for EU, US and Japan)
As per the governmental agreement between Russia, several European countries*, the US and Japan passport holders are eligible to obtain a business visa using an invitation issued on a registered Russian company letterhead. An official invitation processed via FMS or MFA is no longer complusory for a business visa processing.

Electronic business invitations processed via Ministry of Interior Affairs (ex FMS)
A Telex is a visa directive sent by the Ministry of Interior Affairs to the Russian consulate of your choice. Once the telex is ready, its number will be sent to you and you should refer to it when applying to the consulate for an actual visa. A paper copy of a telex does not exist and is not required. Please note that the authorities may find it necessary to take an application to additional control. In this case the sending of a telex may be delayed a day or two.
Business invitations for citizens of other countries entered in the list of high migrational risk maintained by Russian MFA
To process a business invitation for a person who applies for a visa not in his own country, the Russian migration authorities demand the original notarized translation of his work or residence permit into Russian. The notarization must be done in Moscow. The service is available upon receipt of a copy of work/residence permit. The cost is 100 euros.
