	En udenlandsk statsborger kan KUN få visum til Rusland i det land han/hun har statsborgerskab. Undtagelser indbefatter dem der har opholdstilladelse i et andet land i en periode på over 90 dage. Men det er konsulatet der tager den endelige beslutning. Vi anbefaler at du kontakter det russiske konsulat i dit opholdsland for at finde ud af om din ansøgning vil blive godkendt. Fra 13. april 2009 er visumbehandlingstiden og priserne ved de russiske konsulater blevet ændret. Visumbehandlingen tager nu minimum 3 arbejdsdage.
